Wife, Mother & Certified Health Coach My husband and I have moved from West Virginia to the beautiful mountain area ?of North Carolina. I've been interested in holistic health and nutrition for many years, but especially 25+ years ago when my then 3 year old son was diagnosed with severe allergies. About the same time, I was diagnosed with Hashimoto Thyroiditis, and became intolerant and/or allergic to gluten, dairy, and other unknown substances, making eating in general quite the challenge for a while. With our doctor's guidance along with diet changes, supplements, and homeopathics,
my son's allergies disappeared, and my thyroiditis and food intolerances are no longer taking over my life. I became a Health Coach to help others make their wellness a priority, to navigate special diets, food intolerances & allergens, overcome and manage stress, and to introduce ways to find more balance, So each of us can live a healthier, more joyful life.
